Terms and Conditions

  1. “Association” refers to “Falcon Aggrieved Investors Association”. “Member” refers to Falcon investor who have a valid Falcon ID and have lost funds due to Falcon scam. To be a “member” of this “Association”, fees and charges apply. The “website” refers to www.falconfraud.com.
  2. I acknowledge joining the “Association” is my voluntary decision. Before becoming member, I have read this “Terms and Conditions” and agree to abide by the same. I have also read and understand the Privacy Policy.
  3. Fees and Charges are decided by the “Association” are final decision of the then management committee. Members are required to remit the required contribution within specified time to ensure smooth functioning of the association.
  4. The “Association”, it’s management, committee members, other members, volunteers or anyone associated with it directly or indirectly is not liable for any judgement or outcome and cannot be taken to court for any matter. Member shall write their concern to chairman and secretary by way of RPAD and amicably resolve issues.
  5. Fees and contributions are non-refundable on demand. Refund, in any amount, is at the discretion of the “Association”.
  6. It is necessary to disclose full deposit including all family members who invested in Falcon. Disciplinary action including but not limited to, termination of membership may be taken against concealing partial or full information of deposits. Association reserves the right to initiate recovery of amount from the date of joining till the date of termination of the member in violation.
  7. Member shall not become member of any other group or Association, formal or informal, that is formed with the aim of recovery of funds from Falcon.
  8. Member shall not engage in any activity that harm reputation or normal functioning of the “Association”.
  9. Member agrees to keep confidential all information received from the “Association”. Information shall not be shared with any non-member of the “Association” no matter what circumstance or reason.
  10. It is the member’s responsibility to use this website in a responsible way. For example, do not share user accounts or passwords to strangers, outsiders, or non-members. Such activity may result in unexpected outcomes that could jeopardize proper function of the “Association” and membership taken away from the member in violation.
  11. Member should use the forum discussion with discretion, respecting other members’ opinions, avoid foul language, and use it as a means to gain and share knowledge and updates of the Falcon scam.
  12. Improper use of the website may result in termination of the membership with no refund.
  13. The website / domain owner, developer, or management is not responsible or liable for actions of any individual or group including but not limited to “Association”, it’s management, committee, members, Falcon, banks, courts or anyone else.
  14. The “Association” will try to protect data to the best of their ability. However, in case of any data breach, the “Association”, website owner or developer, committee, members, volunteers and third parties with whom data is shared, shall not be held responsible.
  15. The “Association”, website owner or developer, committee, members, volunteers and third parties does not bind itself to compensation of any kind.
